Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Purchases: checkout is handled by Stripe or Lemon Squeezy, depending on the active store configuration. They process payment details under their own privacy policies; we receive the email and order details needed for delivery and refunds. We do not store card numbers.
- Email: if you download a free guide or buy the kit, we use your email to deliver files, send the receipts you expect, and — only if you opted in — occasional educational emails. Every email has a working unsubscribe that we honor immediately.
- Site analytics: a random visitor ID and basic funnel events may be sent to our configured analytics providers. GA4, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel are environment-gated and remain off unless deliberately enabled for a deployment.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers.
- We don’t enable optional analytics or advertising pixels on deployments where their environment IDs are unset.
- Our products are educational PDFs — anything you write in your journal stays on your device. We never see it.
Your choices
Email hello@velorarituals.com to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you (your email address and order history), or to unsubscribe from everything. We answer within a few business days.
Service providers
We use a small set of processors to run the store: Stripe or Lemon Squeezy (checkout), Resend or another configured email provider (capture and delivery), our hosting provider, and any analytics providers explicitly enabled for the deployment. Each receives the information needed for its role.
Children
Our products are intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
