The Sanctuary Journey

A painted path through the 90 days.

The letter · Your baseline · The daily rhythm · Day 66 · Day 91

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

A Letter to Yourself

Dear Future Me,

Write to the person you will be on Day 90. Tell them why you are here. What hurts.

What you hope for. What you are afraid will not change. Seal it. Do not read it until you reach the end.

Actual journal page · the letter before Day 0

DAY 0

Your Baseline

Record where you are right now — before anything changes. You will fill out this same snapshot on Day 90.

SLEEP · ANXIETY · RECOVERY · BODY · MOOD

One thing you want to be different in 90 days.

Actual journal page · Day 0 baseline

DAY 1 · AWARENESS · PHASE 1

Before. One reset. After.

A few minutes. One honest snapshot.

⛅ BEFORE ↻ THE RESET ☀ AFTER

Actual journal page · Day 1 awareness

DAY 66 · INTEGRATION · PHASE 3

The journal marks
a threshold.

Around Day 66, practice starts to feel less like effort and more like a setting. The journal marks the threshold.

Habit framing from a widely cited study — not a promised result.

DAY 91

Open Your Letter

Go back to the letter you wrote on Day 0. Read it slowly. Notice the distance between that person and who is reading this now.

The Sanctuary Manual series

Read the why.
Practice the how.

Two books that work on each other. One teaches you the why — 18 techniques and the plain-English reason each one works. The other gives you a 90-day place to practice them and write down what your body did.

The Practice — The Sanctuary Reset Kit · $29

The 90-day journal, 7-day starter, and three reference cards—six PDFs for print or type-in use.

Two different things: the Reset Kit is six PDFs you download and either print or type into. The paperbacks are printed books, sold on Amazon.

Everything of ours that is on Amazon

The journal’s print edition is its own book on Amazon. The Reset Kit contains the same journal as PDFs you print or type into — not the bound paperback.

Who this helps

When “just relax” lands like an insult.

The same advice does not work on every kind of bad day. Wired needs one thing, flat needs another, and overwhelmed needs the shortest thing you have. So the first move is never a technique — it is naming which one you are in.

Rendered from the shipped interior · p45
01Wired

Exhausted and wide awake.

The body is still running the shift long after the shift ended. Most people meet this one at 3 AM, which is why the book starts here.

02Flat

Nothing hurts. Nothing lands.

Not sadness exactly — the couch collapse that never turns into rest. It needs a different move than wired does, and the page beside this shows why.

03Overwhelmed

Too much, too fast.

Chest tight, thinking gone, something due in an hour. The practices for this state are the shortest in the book on purpose.

The 90-day structure

Three minutes, twice a day.
Ninety days that hold them.

Morning and evening, the same short check-in: where you are, one practice, what changed. Short enough to keep on a bad night, and after ninety days it is a record of your own body that nobody had to guess at.

01Days 1–30

Awareness

Notice your state without turning the page into another performance review.

02Days 31–60

Practice

Try brief practices and record what feels useful, neutral, or unhelpful.

03Days 61–90

Integration

Compare your own record. Keep what fits and name where more support is needed.

Day 66

The journal marks
a threshold.

Two thirds of the way through, the journal stops and gives you a page for it — a place to read back the sixty-five days behind you before you go on.

Before you begin

Good questions. Honest answers.

01What exactly is included?

Six PDFs: the 217-page 90-Day Rhythm Journal in print-friendly and type-in editions, a 12-page 7-Day Rhythm Starter Workbook, and three quick-reference cards. The Amazon book is a separate purchase and is not inside this bundle.

02Do I need the Amazon book first?

No. The bundle can stand on its own as an educational practice structure. The book goes deeper into the author’s body-first framework and remains available only through Amazon.

03Will the fillable journal work everywhere?

It uses standard PDF form fields. It has been verified as an AcroForm PDF, but support varies by reader; Adobe Acrobat Reader is the safest free option. The print-friendly edition is included as a fallback.

04Is a specific outcome promised?

No. The journal organizes self-observation and practice; it does not promise symptom change, a new baseline, or a particular result by Day 90.

05How does delivery work?

After payment is verified, the success page and receipt email provide a signed download link. It expires after 72 hours; email us for a fresh one. Refunded orders lose download access.

06Can I get a refund?

These are instant digital downloads, so there is no automatic money-back guarantee. But if something is genuinely wrong, or the kit is not what you expected, email support with your reason. We read every note, and where the reason is reasonable, a refund will be considered. Refunded orders lose download access.

07When should I choose professional care instead?

Whenever distress is persistent, worsening, unsafe, or interfering with daily life. This material can sit beside qualified care; it does not replace it. In a US crisis, call or text 988.
