Refund Policy
The short version: these are instant digital downloads, so there is no automatic money-back guarantee. If something is genuinely wrong, or the kit is not what you expected, email hello@velorarituals.com with your reason. We read every note, and where the reason is reasonable, a refund will be considered.
The details
- Why there is no blanket guarantee: the files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned once downloaded. We would rather say that plainly than advertise a promise we would have to argue about later.
- How to ask: one email from your purchase address, or reply to your receipt, telling us what went wrong. No form and no exit survey — just the reason, in your own words.
- What happens then: a person reads it. Where the reason is reasonable, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days (your bank may add a few more to display it). Refunded orders lose download access.
- Broken or undelivered files: always made right. If a download fails or a link expires, reply and we will send a fresh one — that is a fix, not a refund request.
- Accidental double-purchases: refunded on request, any time.
- Team licenses: refundable in full before seats are distributed; after distribution, pro-rated by undistributed seats.
- Chargebacks: please ask us first — it’s faster for you and kinder to a very small business.
